ADULT DANCE FITNESS

 

Adult Dance/Fitness begins with a full body warmup, followed by arm, leg & core conditioning, and then utilizes short sequence choreography to provide a fun and exciting workout.

 

Take a step out of your comfort zone and feel empowered, by learning the basics, proper technique, and short combinations in various dance styles such as jazz, Broadway, hip hop, Latin, hips & heels, and more! This class will focus on different dance styles every week, but what will remain consistent is that we have a blast, lots of laughs, challenge ourselves, and encourage each along the way. Open yourself to the beauty of dance and see how fun exercise can be!

 

No previous experience necessary!

NEW! ADULT TAP

 

NEW for this season! Beginner Adult Tap! Every class, step out of your comfort zone and feel empowered, by learning the basics, proper technique, and short combinations.

 

All our Tap classes offer a rhythmic experience filled with lively music and energetic movement. Students learn classic tap dance techniques, using our graded tap technique, focusing on footwork and coordination. All dance classes foster creativity and confidence and our Adult Tap is no different! 

 

No previous experience necessary!
