ADULT JAZZ/FITNESS

 

1 HOUR!! - This class has is it all!  

Our 8 Week Session Adult Jazz & Fitness begins with a full body warmup, followed by arm, leg & core conditioning, and then utilizes short sequence choreography to provide a fun and exciting workout.   Every Adult Jazz & Fitness class, step out of your comfort zone and feel empowered, by learning the basics, proper technique, and short combinations!

We will focus on different Jazz styles every week, but what will remain consistent is that we have a blast, lots of laughs, challenge ourselves, and encourage each along the way.  Open yourself to the beauty of dance and see how fun exercise can be!  No previous experience necessary, we welcome all that simply want to come out for a good time and a great workout!

ADULT TAP

 

  1 HOUR!!  Every class, step out of your comfort zone and feel empowered, by learning the basics, proper technique, and short combinations.  All our Tap classes offer a rhythmic experience filled with lively music and energetic movement.

Students learn classic tap, using our graded tap technique, focusing on footwork and coordination.

No previous experience necessary!

We welcome all that simply want to come out for a good time and a dance session!

 

After the 8 weeks are complete, sign up again to continue your dance journey!
